As a Business Lending Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our Member Business Lending (MBL) program. You will assist with the origination, analysis, and processing of business loan requests and work closely with the Vice President of Business Lending and the Chief Lending Officer to deliver high-quality service to our business members.

Your responsibilities will include supporting member communication, conducting financial analysis, managing loan documentation, and providing underwriting support for less complex business lending relationships. You will help ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with NCUA regulations, credit union policy, and established lending guidelines.

Experience and knowledge required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business lending, credit analysis, or commercial loan processing
• Working knowledge of business lending concepts, terminology, and underwriting principles
• Ability to analyze business and personal tax returns and financial statements
• Working knowledge of various business entity structures
