The New Business Associate Paraplanner is a customer service–oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills who thrives in a growing, fast-paced office environment within the wealth management and financial services industry. This role provides critical support to Advisors by assisting with new business processing, client relationship management, and administrative coordination while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.

Job Duties
  • Support Advisors with analysis, preparation, and submission of new business applications
  • Assist Advisors with client relationship management, including client requests, follow-up, and ongoing administrative support
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients, brokerage firms, and third-party providers via phone and email
  • Create, maintain, and update reports using various software platforms (e.g., Kwanti, Bridge, Redtail, Charles Schwab)
  • Prepare new business applications, process client service requests, and assist with client review analysis
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory and firm requirements
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the wealth management or financial services industry
  • Practical experience with industry-related software (e.g., Charles Schwab platforms, annuity applications), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and CRM/database systems (e.g., Salesforce or Redtail)
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and internal processes
  • Solid understanding of investment and annuity procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • High level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and logical analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Life & Annuity License preferred, but not required
