A leading regional financial services company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to assist both first-time and seasoned home buyers with real estate transactions.
This role offers you the chance to build strong client relationships and achieve extraordinary income. Responsibilities include soliciting a variety of residential mortgage loans, interviewing applicants, and complying with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma (some college preferred) and at least 2 years of experience, preferably with knowledge of real estate loan documentation and lending regulations.
