Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Associate, located in Sarasota, FL. The Client Services Associate will play a critical role in supporting the advisory team by delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining client relationships, and managing client account inquiries. Daily responsibilities include responding to client communications, assisting with account processes, ensuring accuracy in client documentation, and coordinating other administrative tasks related to client accounts and financial services.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Process non-trading client service requests and resolve inquiries with accuracy and follow through
- Process money movement requests (checks, wires, journals, ACH transfers)
- Monitor client account activity, research and resolve issues, discrepancies, or inaccuracies
- Onboard new client accounts, including collecting and reviewing required documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional service
- Proactively educate clients on firm services, digital tools, and cash management solutions
- Support Financial Advisors with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Assist with client events and marketing initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team
- Participate in training, education, and firm initiatives
- An Associate degree or greater with a minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience in financial or professional services
- Familiarity with brokerage or registered investment advisory firm operations
- Experience in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proven ability to learn other software and technology
- Experience in Salesforce or another CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service/interpersonal skills
- Notable attention to detail, self-initiated follow-through, and outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter able to work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
