Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

• This is a true hands‑on Controller role within a growing, privately held construction/manufacturing operation in Southwest Florida
• You’ll work directly with ownership and operations, not buried under layers of management

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and job costing
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and banking relationships
• Partner with operations to monitor production costs, material usage, and profitability
• Support budgeting, capital planning, audits, and tax coordination with external partners

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
