This is a full‑time, on‑site Financial Representative business ownership style role located in Tallahassee, FL, with comprehensive training provided. The Financial Planning professional will meet with clients to understand their goals, gather financial information, and develop personalized plans that may include an array of applicable strategies. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with people, analysing financial data, explaining options in clear terms, presenting recommendations, and regular follow‑up.
The role also involves building and maintaining a client base, networking within the community, and collaborating with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and licensing support are provided to help team members grow their careers in financial services.
- Strong foundation or interest in Financial Planning, with the ability to learn client‑focused planning processes through structured training.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities, with a client‑first mindset.
- Motivated self‑starter with strong time management, organization, and follow‑through skills.
- Preferred (not required) – Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
- Relevant licences (e.g., life and health insurance, securities) or willingness to obtain them with company support.
- Comfort with using technology and financial planning tools; commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
- $60,000 – $250,000++ (incentive package, commissions, bonuses)
