Client Services Specialist

Location:

St. Augustine, FL. Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year. Hybrid schedule after training.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients navigating complex financial processes.
• Manage client transactions end-to-end, including documentation and coordination with internal teams.
• Respond to client inquiries accurately and with care.
• Become a specialist in the intersection of real estate, tax, and financial services.

• Background in mortgage loan processing, banking, title coordination, or financial services client management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• Professional, polished written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A service‑first mindset and genuine enjoyment of client interaction.
• Real estate or legal background a plus but not required.
• 1031 exchange experience a plus but not required.
