• Process financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Strictly adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritize client demands and provide impeccable customer service.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain understanding of banking products, services, company systems, and procedures.
• Participate in job‑specific training and various bank training programs such as customer service, BSA, and AML.
• Actively participate in the Customer Service First program and support organizational values.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Travel periodically to Abilene or other bank regions for training.
• Work Saturday and holiday hours as required based on branch location hours of operation.

• A self‑starting team player with a high school diploma or GED.
• Either:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Six months of previous teller experience within the financial institution industry.
  • Six months of previous cash handling experience (including balancing a cash drawer) in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and minimal supervision.
• Capacity to stand for most of the workday, lift, carry, or move heavy boxes or bags of currency and coin weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires.
• Travel to Abilene or other bank regions for training is required.
• Saturday and holiday hours may be required based on branch location hours of operation.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
