Position OverviewPersonal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) at PNC's Retail Banking organization, based at PNC's Surfside Branch, 9487 Harding Avenue, Surfside, Fl 33154. This role focuses on providing personalized banking services and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Job Description- Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing.
- Drives proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, identifying and positioning appropriate PNC solutions.
- Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and technology resources.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, maintaining sound judgment within established limits, ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role in personal banking.
