We are looking for a great customer service professional to join our team at our Sarasota Branch (4048 Jenkins Place, Sarasota, FL 34238). The Universal Banker position requires proficiency in all areas of the branch, allowing you to assist all customers with any product that we offer. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family, with no high‑pressure sales goals or quotas.

- Manage a teller window
- Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
- Actively identify and resolve customer issues
- Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
- Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing
- Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
- Willingness and ability to work in all areas of the branch
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 1+ years of high‑volume cash‑handling experience
- Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
- Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred
- Experience taking home equity and/or mortgage applications preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 – $26.00 per hour. The pay range is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
