Aircraft Loan Coordinator
USA Specialty Lending is seeking an enthusiastic Aircraft Loan Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for borrowers after loan approval. In this role, you'll combine your aviation knowledge, customer service skills, and attention to detail to guide members through the aircraft purchase process and help prepare loan files for a smooth and timely closing. This position serves as the first point of contact after loan approval and coordinates with borrowers, internal teams, and third parties to move transactions efficiently toward funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide borrowers through the aircraft loan closing process.
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collect and organize required loan and aircraft documentation.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, brokers, escrow companies, and insurance agents.
- Monitor loan progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Prepare complete files for processor handoff and closing.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Love for aviation and enjoy helping people achieve their dream of aircraft ownership
- Strong aviation background required.
- Pilot's license a plus.
- Passion for aviation and helping people.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Lending, aircraft sales, aviation operations, or financing experience is a plus.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary/hourly range for this position is $23.43 - $28.71, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
