The State of Florida Department of Health in Tallahassee is seeking a Fiscal Assistant II to support the Leon County Health Department's business office. This role processes and analyzes financial information to support day-to-day operations, including invoicing for commodities and services and monitoring encumbrances.
You will manage Ariba on Demand (AOD) invoice reconciliations, maintain purchase ledgers in FIS and FLAIR, and ensure funding and compliance with DOH guidelines.
