Salary Range: $25,750.00 To $ Annually

Flagler Credit Union is seeking an ambitious Mortgage Loan Originator who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and helping borrowers achieve home ownership throughout Florida.

• Guaranteed earnings of $40,000 during your first 3-6 months

• Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners.
• Generate mortgage business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Guide members through every stage of the mortgage process.
• Recommend mortgage solutions that align with borrower goals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline while delivering exceptional service.
• Stay current with lending regulations, market trends, and loan programs.

• Minimum of one year of mortgage origination experience OR two years in processing, underwriting, or mortgage closing.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Active NMLS Registration
• Ability to develop and maintain referral partnerships.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, and DU technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Associate Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Must be bondable.
