Job Details:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Permanent Independent Advisor in the Wealth Management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is a self-starter, has a keen eye for detail, and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality advice to our high net worth clients, ensuring their financial health and stability.

• 1. Providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to high net worth individuals.
• 2. Utilizing your expertise in tax planning, estate, gift, and trust matters to optimize client's financial situations.
• 3. Conducting thorough tax reviews and preparing tax returns, including federal and state tax returns.
• 4. Advising on 1031 Exchanges, S Corp, and CCH matters.
• 5. Liaising with the IRS on behalf of clients when necessary.
• 6. Staying updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and changes in tax laws.
• 7. Assisting clients in understanding and implementing IRS 1120S forms.
• 8. Acting as a fiduciary, putting the client's best interest first at all times.
• 9. Developing and implementing strategies for income tax planning.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• 2. An active CPA license is required.
• 3. Series 65 certification.
• 4. Proven experience in wealth management and dealing with high net worth individuals.
• 5. Extensive knowledge and experience in tax planning, federal and state tax, and IRS matters.
• 6. Familiarity with 1031 Exchanges, S Corp, and CCH.
• 7. Strong understanding of estate, gift, and trust matters.
• 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex financial issues.
• 10. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to acting as a fiduciary for our clients at all times.
