- Master's degree in Real Estate specializing in finance and investments.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in real estate and investments.
- Must have at least two (2) years of investment experience.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience with the following financial modelling and valuation techniques:o DCFo IRRo Equity waterfall so Sensitivity analysis
