Office contact and job description sections describe the specialized work supporting an Educational Policy Analyst – DOE - SES and the State programs staff of the Office of Student Financial Assistance in the administration of state-funded financial aid programs. Tasks are performed under the supervision of the Program Specialist Supervisor II-DOE-SES in the State Scholarships, Loans & Grants Section. The section administers financial aid programs funded by state and federal sources and provides technical assistance to students, parents, high school and district personnel, and college financial aid officers.
Work performance requires handling tight time frames, balancing multiple priorities, and maintaining goal-directed behavior even under stress. Attendance is an essential function of this position.
