JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Program Specialist IV in this role is responsible for conducting data collection and analysis to produce accurate quantitative reports on students, staff, and funding to evaluate the effectiveness of programs for students with disabilities; providing technical assistance to Bureau staff, school districts, and other stakeholders on the Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP); preparing timely and accurate data for publications and reports, including the Annual Performance Report, LEA Profiles, Databook, and surveys;

assisting FDOE and district personnel in using data to determine program effectiveness; collaborating professionally with Department, Bureau, and district staff to ensure timely responses to inquiries; participating in assigned work groups related to discipline, restraint, seclusion, and other indicators; and supporting other sections as needed based on expertise.
