Consumer Services Analyst I
- 80% – Answer calls received daily with emphasis on providing quality customer service, information, access to benefits, and assistance to constituents experiencing problems with an agency of state government, and other concerns or requests.
- 5% – Collaborate with other phone analysts and correspondence analysts to provide simplified access to services and expedite the delivery of information and benefits
- 5% – Participate in team meetings and provide verbal and written reports
- 5% – Keep abreast of current events as they relate to government services, laws, executive orders, press releases/conferences, and other actions of the Governor or state agencies
- 5% – Perform other duties as assigned
Must be able to operate a computer with multiple open screens and talk on phone simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
