- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification required
- Minimum 5+ years of internal audit experience within healthcare environments
- Experience leading financial, operational, and/or IT audits
- Strong background in healthcare compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment
- Experience evaluating operational processes and complex systems
- Proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with Epic, ACL, or similar data analytics/audit software preferred
- Public accounting audit experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while leading collaborative audit initiatives
