• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification required
• Minimum 5+ years of internal audit experience within healthcare environments
• Experience leading financial, operational, and/or IT audits
• Strong background in healthcare compliance, internal controls, and risk assessment
• Experience evaluating operational processes and complex systems
• Proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with Epic, ACL, or similar data analytics/audit software preferred
• Public accounting audit experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while leading collaborative audit initiatives
