WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Professional office, business casual, cubicle

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
• Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
• Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
• Document the actions in the OnBase system.

• Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately.
• Read and interpret Florida statutes.
• Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Commit to the project time line.

• Ability to speak and understand English (Required).
• High school diploma (Required).
• Excellent written and oral communication with the public (Required).
• Ability to read and interpret Florida State Statutes (Required, 1 year).
• Experience working with the public in a professional work environment (Required, 3 years).
• Experience working with the public and analyzing complaints (Required, 1 year).
