• Knowledge of Florida statutory requirements for Notaries Public.
• Experience responding to public inquiries by telephone.

Responses to qualifying questions must be clearly supported in your employment history.

• Examines Notary filings for compliance with statutory and case law filing requirements, ensures all required fees are collected, and approves or identifies defects and deficiencies. Updates supplemental submissions when possible, communicates with clients in writing and verbally to clarify corrections, and handles phone and email inquiries regarding notary filings.
• Maintains records and statistics of filings using a complex computer database, adds, deletes, or updates records following office standards, and generates correspondence or certificates per policy.
• Performs other work‑related duties as required.

• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
