Full-time OPS Position

Hourly Pay: $20.98

Your Specific Responsibilities

This is a professional position responsible for conducting compliance monitoring and performing data analysis for the Bureau of Enforcement, including headquarters and eleven field offices. The role is expected to independently identify, recommend, and initiate improvement opportunities with minimal direction. Additionally, this position supports management by providing analysis and research on issues affecting statewide operations.

  • Conducts weekly reviews, analyses, and reporting on multiple performance measures within the Bureau of Enforcement, including supplemental investigation requests, compliance with statutory time frames, cases in hold status due to pending requirements, priority cases, and inspection program data.
  • Employee in this position assists the Senior Management Analyst II in all duties necessary to support the Investigative Services Unit and Prosecution Services Unit in technical support and data reporting needs. This position also maintains internal administrative processes to ensure smooth and consistent operational support across the units.
  • Supports bureau operations by monitoring workflow needs and assisting with day‑to‑day technical and administrative tasks that help maintain steady productivity.
  • Coordinates information sharing across units by communicating updates, clarifying data issues, and ensuring staff have accurate and timely information to complete their assignments.
  • Produces, reviews, and distributes enforcement and special case reports as needed.
  • Maintains and reviews case tracking reports to monitor status and progress.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis; ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices; ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials; ability to conduct fact-finding research; ability to work independently;

ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities; ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments; knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective verbal and written communication; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; expert skill level in computer software, including, but not limited to:
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access; ability to communicate complex information effectively, orally and in writing; skill in written communications; ability to identify key policy issues and make recommendations to senior management officials; ability to communicate in writing to develop and issue regulations, instructions, policy interpretation and guidelines; ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail;

ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications
  • One (1) year of professional experience to include data entry, case management, reviewing or auditing documents for specific criteria; applying applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures; researching and gathering data; preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Must be willing to physically in the office to perform duties and responsibilities of this position.
Additional Requirement
  • Must have a valid driver's license, satisfactorily complete a background investigation, fingerprinting, and participation in direct deposit are required for employment.
