minimum requirements:a high school diploma or its equivalent and seven (7) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work;
or
a bachelor’s degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work;
or
a master’s degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of required experience as listed above.

job duties:serves as a program coordinator for the emergency food assistance program (tefap) and commodity supplemental program (csfp). Provides guidance to agencies and the public regarding all aspects of the program. Explains program regulations, requirements, criteria, etc., to interested parties. Ensures timely submission of reports. Provides technical assistance and training.
responsible for the allocation, ordering, and distribution of usda foods for the tefap and csfp programs utilizing the united states department of agriculture (usda) web-based ordering system. Monitors and reviews usda foods requests, statuses and inventory levels at recipient agencies. Trains recipient agencies on the use of the electronic ordering system.
collaborates with the usda regarding the ordering of usda foods. Communicates regularly with local agencies, vendors, and distributors regarding food shipments. Assists recipient agencies, vendors and distributors with delivery problems and complaints. Ensures timely follow-up on any complaints reported to the division. Reviews and processes food loss…
