The Government Analyst I position at the Office of the Attorney General serves as the first point of contact for Floridians seeking assistance with consumer complaints and inquiries. Keyqualifications:
- Six years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work; OR a bachelor's degree plus t
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency with word processing and data entry software; minimum 35 words per minute typing
- Experience in call center, customer service, customer resolution, consumer complaints, or citizen advocacy
- Experience conducting fact-finding research, analyzing and summarizing information
