The aesthetician will provide skin‑care consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and skillfully perform treatments such as clinical facials, extractions, medical‑grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.

• Provide client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care.
• Address client queries and needs.
• Apply best practices and stay updated on trend techniques.
• Ensure client safety at all times.
• Promote retail products and additional services.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
• Follow established treatment protocols.
• Generate and maintain a client base.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel to other locations for training.

• CA State Aesthetician license required.
• Medical Assistant certification.
• 2+ years aesthetician experience desired.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficiency with email.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and use of hands and arms.
• Occasional sitting, crawling, kneeling, balancing, pushing/pulling heavy items.

Hourly: $20.00 – $36.00. Benefits include generous employee discounts, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and Medical, Vision, Dental insurance for full‑time employees.
