We’re looking for

Your first4–12 weeks (based on experience) include
front desk immersion
, learning how to support the full flow of the spa and understand what makes a truly healing guest experience. This is
intentional training
that builds leadership, perspective, and confidence in delivering exceptional service.
During this phase, you’ll:
- Learn Bumblebee’s service standards, scripts, and systems
- Shadow and train with our Front Desk Care Team and Lead Coordinator
- Receive frequent feedback and coaching — your growth depends on openness, reflection, and communication
- Understand how to anticipate guest needs and contribute to team flow
Thriving here means:communicating what’s working, asking for help when needed, and integrating feedback into your practice.
Your Role as an EstheticianOnce you transition to your esthetician schedule (first 6 months or until benchmarks hit):
- Wednesday–Saturday: 8 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–6 PM
- Every Saturday: 9 AM–5 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver consistent, results‑driven esthetic services aligned with guest goals
- Take full ownership of your schedule and tasks, including
asking for help or guidance before challenges impact the guest experience - Complete charting, treatment notes, and follow‑ups accurately and on time
- Maintain an organized, fully reset treatment room — we take pride in our spaces, which supports teammates and guests
- Support spa operations, including front desk coverage or assisting teammates when needed
- Participate fully in all scheduled trainings, shadowing, and ongoing education
- Represent the Bumblebee brand with professionalism—in the spa, at events, and online. Can you put yourself out there and invite a new guest into the hive?

- $20–$25/hour starting pay (
based on hands, heart, and smarts — not just experience

newly licensed estheticians or esthetic‑forward cosmetologists who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and coachability, as well as experienced providers seeking longevity. Accountability and standards matter here.
