Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Esthetician to help lead, coach, and develop our esthetics team while continuing to provide exceptional skincare services to our members and guests.

- Train, coach, and mentor Estheticians and Sales Associates
- Conduct ongoing performance coaching and support
- Assist with onboarding and skill development
Lead bi-weekly esthetics team meetings - Conduct quarterly performance evaluations
- Business Performance
- Drive esthetics service and retail sales goals
- Monitor key performance metrics and team results
- Create monthly action plans to support business growth
- Partner with Spa Management on departmental strategy and performance initiatives
- Operations
- Monitor professional and retail inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with service standards and protocols
- Assist with spa events and promotional initiatives
- Maintain a positive, professional, and results-oriented team culture
- Client Care
- Perform advanced skincare services
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Build long-term client relationships
- Recommend treatment plans, products, and home-care solutions
- Licensed Esthetician in good standing
- Strong retail sales and upgrade performance history
- Experience performing facials, microdermabrasion, and advanced skincare services
- Previous leadership, coaching, or training experience preferred
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for developing others and delivering exceptional client experiences
This full-time leadership position averages 30–35 hours per week and includes one weekend day and evening availability.
