What You'll Do

* Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's individual needs.

* Provide customized facial treatments and skincare services using professional products and protocols.

* Educate guests on treatment plans, homecare recommendations, and wellness benefits.

* Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and guest retention.

* Promote spa services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products.

* Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

* Ensure treatment rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.

* Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to create an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

* Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida.

* Active Esthetics (Facial Specialist) License in the state of Florida.

* Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and product recommendations.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

* Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness and skincare goals.
