• Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's individual needs.
• Provide customized facial treatments and skincare services using professional products and protocols.
• Educate guests on treatment plans, home‑care recommendations, and wellness benefits.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and guest retention.
• Promote spa services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms and work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to create an outstanding guest experience.

• Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Florida.
• Active Esthetics (Facial Specialist) License in the state of Florida.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and product recommendations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their wellness and skincare goals.

$20.00 - $100.00 per hour
