Nail Tech

Overview

To provide quality, professional services to guests and use professional skills to meet the individual needs of each guest serviced. Ability to prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest. Educate guests regarding home maintenance and the benefits of additional services.

• Provide the highest possible standard of services while maintaining a relaxing environment.
• To begin and end treatments at the scheduled time and ensure correct protocol and procedures are always followed.
• Ensure all equipment and lines, etc. are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for setting up nail stations and pedicure bowls and/or thrones according to procedures and adhere to the presentation and cleanliness standard.
• Ensure backbar inventory levels are communicated.
• Ensure proper re‑stock of assigned treatment room(s) for close of each day.
• Relay with confidence product and service benefits to clients.
• Required attendance of all department training courses and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.

• Must possess current State Cosmetology or Nail Tech License.
• 1‑year minimum experience in nail services.
• Knowledge and adherence to all industry sanitation laws.
• Proficient skills in nail care.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high‑profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
• Must possess the ability to always maintain a positive and professional demeanor and composure.
