Bay Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery is seeking a professional, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, thrives in a fast-paced medical environment, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Aesthetician will work closely with our board-certified dermatologists and medical staff to provide high-quality cosmetic services and support clinical operations.

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and care.

• Perform aesthetic and cosmetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and other approved procedures
• Assist providers with cosmetic consultations and treatment plans
• Educate patients on product selection, skincare routines, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
• Uphold strict sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
• Support cosmetic events, open houses, and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and professionalism

• Active Florida Aesthetician License required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, or medical spa environment preferred
• Familiarity with medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented clinical environment
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a passion for aesthetics and skin health
