Align Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Macco, FL. Compensation$85,000 - $95,000
Qualifications- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT)
- Valid Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based therapy
- Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
- Stay current with industry advancements and best practices
- Strong manual therapy and hands‑on treatment techniques
- Proficiency in evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Experience developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice
- Expertise in therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities
- Ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
- Understanding of insurance requirements and billing codes (ICD‑10, CPT)
- Knowledge of current best practices and industry advancements
- Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with colleagues
- Empathy and compassion to build trust and rapport with patients
- Time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking to adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes
- Team‑oriented mindset while also being self‑motivated and independent
