Compensation

$85,000 - $95,000

Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT)
  • Valid Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence
Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based therapy
  • Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
  • Stay current with industry advancements and best practices
Skills Clinical Skills
  • Strong manual therapy and hands‑on treatment techniques
  • Proficiency in evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
  • Experience developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice
  • Expertise in therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities
  • Ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
Technical & Documentation Skills
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Understanding of insurance requirements and billing codes (ICD‑10, CPT)
  • Knowledge of current best practices and industry advancements
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with colleagues
  • Empathy and compassion to build trust and rapport with patients
  • Time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently
  • Problem‑solving and critical thinking to adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes
  • Team‑oriented mindset while also being self‑motivated and independent
