This full-time, on-site role as a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician is located in Gainesville, FL. The responsibilities include preparing and compounding sterile medications, maintaining a sterile environment, managing inventory control, assisting pharmacists with prescription preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. The role also involves interacting with customers and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional service and support.

• Proficiency in managing prescriptions and assisting in medication preparation
• Expertise in pharmacy operations and experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• Strong skills in maintaining inventory control to ensure proper stock levels
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work closely with healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail and knowledge of aseptic techniques for sterile compounding
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent qualification is required
• Familiarity with state regulations and best practices for sterile compounding
