This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.
Responsibilities And Duties- As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
- Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position.
- Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care.
- NIGHT SHIFT 6PM - 6AM.
- Par-Time & PRN
- Current license in FL.
- Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule.
- Compassionate individuals.
- Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
