Job Description:

Reason for need: short staffed Average Time to Credential: 90 days Types of Cases:
Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement. Trauma Designation:
Level 2 Trauma Center EMR:
Meditech Submission Requirements:
Licensing and Other Requirements:
Must have Trauma experience Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement. Must have fulltime availability Must have active FL Medical License Must have clean background and malpractice CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ACLS BLS NBCRNA STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
