Primary Responsibilities Include :

  • Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
  • Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic and balance therapy services
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals and needs
  • Collaborate with other staff, referral sources, and clients
  • Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress
  • Provide education to patients and their families on techniques for the continuation of care
  • Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must Have :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
  • Experience in orthopedic and balance therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation
  • Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary
  • Positive and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in pain
  • Team player who can work in harmony with others
