Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Jensen Beach, FL to provide treatment in a Home Setting: $110/eval.

Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or
Experience:
New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists - Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
