Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician)
We are seeking dedicated health & safety professionals, including EMTs, paramedics, LVNs, and medical personnel, to serve as Field Technicians. In this dynamic on‑site role, you will respond to work sites ranging from construction sites to refineries, providing first aid, incident reports, health screenings, and, when certified, phlebotomy services.

- EMT, AEMT, paramedic, military medic, or equivalent.
- Licensed VNC or Licensed PN.
- Additional in‑house training options: emergency medical responder, X‑ray technician, phlebotomist, medical assistant, certified nursing assistant.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years of driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record violations).
- Pass a criminal background check, if permitted by law.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and maintain ongoing compliance with the drug testing policy.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and giving clear instructions.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs for extended periods.
- Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances.
- All new hires and employees may be subject to federally compliant drug testing and post‑accident or random testing if classified as safety‑sensitive.
- Immunization against hepatitis B is recommended due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- Respond to incidents on work sites to provide first aid and emergency medical care.
- Generate accurate incident reports and maintain required documentation.
- Conduct health screenings and perform phlebotomy procedures when certified.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at each site.
- Operate company vehicle safely and maintain required driving record standards.
On‑Site Health & Safety conducts an extensive background check, including a motor vehicle driver’s license check. The insurance company and internal safety department review motor vehicle records to determine eligibility for fleet driving privileges based on risk factors such as past moving violations, DUIs, reckless driving, etc. Applicants must meet all minimum requirements and are subject to pre‑employment background checks, drug screening, and ongoing testing consistent with federal regulations.
