Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

Pasco County, FL Part‑Time and Full‑Time Available

We are hiring Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school‑based positions across Pasco County, FL. Both full‑time and part‑time roles are available, with flexible scheduling and placement options based on your preferences. We work closely with clinicians to match preferences for schedule, location, and setting.

In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, collaborate with school teams, and support communication development in educational settings.

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to school‑aged students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning and communication needs
  .
• Utilize AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) tools as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage caseload effectively.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support early intervention and student advocacy.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• CCC‑SLP preferred.
• School‑based experience preferred.
• Experience with Autism and related disorders is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
