Home Well Care Services - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.;
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.;
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.;
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.;
