Empath Health - - Responsibilities:
Assist patient in maintenance of good personal hygiene and promote a healthful, clean and safe environment;
Prepares and serves regular and special diets as directed; assists with feeding as needed;
Shampoos hair and shaves as requested by patient/family or as indicated on plan of care; oral hygiene;
Changes bed linen as indicated in Care Center practices or at patient/family request; perform housekeeping tasks as needed
