Assist patient with personal hygiene and maintain a healthful, clean, and safe environment;
Prepares and serves regular and special diets as directed and assists with feeding;
Shampoos hair and shaves as requested by patient and family and/or as indicated on plan of care;
Gives partial or complete bath or shower, and offers oral hygiene;
Changes bed linen as indicated in Care Center practices and/or at patient/family request
