LHC Group - - Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to help clients remain in their own homes;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, peri care, and lotion application;
Assist with transfers of patient from bed to chair and to wheelchair;
Assist with transferring patients on and off bedpan, commode, and toilet;
Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
