Maintain Independence- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
- Help seniors go shopping at local Fountain Hills market.
- Accompany seniors to lunch or other outings.
- Assist clients with bathing and grooming.
- Provide incontinence care management.
- Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress.
- Prepare meals to maintain vitality.
- Remind clients of medication to avoid hospital readmissions.
- Ensure memory‑care safety to keep seniors out of danger.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises.
- Serve as eyes and ears for hospice care.
- Report changes in condition.
Job Requirements Heart for Seniors
- Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
- 4‑hour to 12‑hour shifts in the Fountain Hills area.
- Optional overtime often available.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Pass drug screening test.
- Negative TB test.
- Reliable car.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Competitive pay: highest starting wages, signing bonus, employer‐paid portion of employment taxes.
