We are actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join Riverwood Health & Rehab in Starke, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start available. • Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans for residents

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with care goals

• Monitor and document resident progress and report to the supervising PT

• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on mobility and safety techniques

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines

• Collaborate with the rehab team to support positive clinical outcomes

• Current Florida license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must pass background check and drug screening
