Medical Scribe

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Scribe role based in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Venice. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians to document patient encounters in real-time during medical exams and procedures. Responsibilities include accurately capturing detailed medical histories, physical examination findings, and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (EMR). Additionally, the Medical Scribe will assist in the overall clinical workflow to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

• Proficiency as a Scribe and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Knowledge of Human Anatomy and familiarity with Medical Assisting practices
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer and typing skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is beneficial
