, in Lecanto, FL.
Cypress Creek is a residential commitment program located in Citrus County Florida. It serves high-risk and max-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The goal of the program is to provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment and supervision.
Clinical SupervisionWe offer clinical supervision to qualified applicants.
Compensation & BenefitsPerformance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%).

As a Therapeutic Manager, you’ll be responsible for administering, developing and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet the needs of each student and align with requests of the placing agency. You will be the primary service provider for individual, group, family and case management services. You will report directly to the Clinical Director and assist with the supervision of the group living staff.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related human services, with four years related experience in residential group living and the clinical experience required.
