In this role, you'll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, strength, and independence under the guidance of licensed physical therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy exercises and activities for patient recovery
- Document patient progress and update care plan
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve rehabilitation goals
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure or certification as a PTA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
