Greets patients entering the department/practice and provides excellent customer service;
Receives and directs messages (electronic, in person, and telephone) to appropriate personnel;
Manges patient scheduling and sets appointments;
Registers patients utilizing the service and handles cashiering for co-pays or patient payments;
Performs venipuncture and administers routine medications under supervision
