Patient Advocate Representative
Location:
Sarasota, FL
Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type:
Temporary (6-month assignment, end date 1/31/27)

As a Patient Advocate Representative, you’ll be working in an office environment and be the welcoming voice that connects prospective and existing patients with outstanding primary care services. Your goal? To help adults—especially those on Medicare—understand the unique value of becoming a patient with our client’s practice. You’ll make a difference every day by combining compassionate outreach with strategic communication.
What You’ll Be Doing- Engage with prospective patients via inbound and outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Educate and articulate the value of choosing our client’s primary care services.
- Support outreach efforts at local health fairs, senior centers, churches, and community events.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Partner with the outreach team to meet patient conversion goals.
- Manage a steady pipeline of leads and ensure all communication is warm, informative, and professional.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage patients to schedule their preventative care visits.
- 1–3 years of call center or outreach experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Great attitude, work ethic and excellent communication.
- Some tech savvy-experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce a plus), and EMR systems (ECW preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
